CNG · Methane
CNG installation for cars
Compressed natural gas — the right choice when you drive a lot and want the lowest cost per distance.
LPG vs CNG — briefly
CNG is stored at high pressure in special cylinders. Cost per km is often lower than LPG, but stations are fewer and tanks take more space.
- Ideal for fleets, taxis, delivery
- Clean burn, quieter running
- Requires planned refuelling
- High-pressure installation standards
When CNG makes sense in Moldova
If your routes regularly pass methane stations and you drive over ~25–30,000 km/year, CNG can beat LPG on total savings. For occasional use, LPG is usually more practical.
Cylinder safety
We use certified cylinders with clear inspection intervals and correct high-pressure mounting.
Range
Methane range depends on cylinder count and volume. The petrol tank remains — you can continue if no CNG station is nearby.
We review your routes before fitting
We will tell you honestly whether CNG or LPG is the better fit.
